Frequently asked questions

What shipping methods do you use?

We use a variety of shipping methods on items that can be shipped.  Included, but not limited to these methods are:  USPS Priority, UPS and FedEx.

 

Do you do local meet and pick up?

YES!  We will do local meet and pick up in, near or around the Cowpens, SC area.  Feel free to message us on our Contact Us link to arrange pick up.

 

Do you accept returns?

Some items are available to return but reason must be approved prior to return and must be within 10 days upon receipt.  If returns are approved, a refund will be issued, minus shipping costs.  We want our customers to be happy and we will do all we can to make sure any issues are resolved!

 

Can I change my order after placing it?

As long as your order has not been packaged and sent to shipping, shipped, personalization or production started, you may change your order!  If you want to modify or cancel your order, we will do all we can to catch it before it goes out the door!

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept CashApp and Venmo.  COD must be pre-approved if picking up local. PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards are accepted through our easy-to-use checkout! 

 

Are your items covered by warranty?

If items are under warranty, it will be indicated in the description.  

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping prices will vary.  We do cover part of the shipping to help our customers out, so items that are able to ship will have a flat rate shipping fee listed.

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, unfortunately we do not ship outside the US at this time.
